Terminal Tariff
The Port Authority of Guam Terminal Tariff was adopted by the Guam Legislature and was effective in 1993. Subscriptions are available for $25.00 and can be purchased through the Port Authority.

The Board of Directors has approved five Policy Memoranda to the Terminal Tariff effective January 29, 2007. Two additional Memoranda were approved effective February 12. The Policy Memoranda can be viewed below:
