The Port Authority of Guam Board of Directors will hold a Special Board meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 11:45 a.m., at the Board of Directors' Conference Room, Port Authority of Guam, Cabras Island, Piti. Business to be transacted include: Crane Negotiations, Program Management Manual, Task Order 28-11 Project Management, Contract Award-Hagatna Marina Docks A and B Pile Extension, Contract Award-Hagatna Marina Dock C Repairs; Executive Session on Personnel Matters.
