US Coast Guard facilitated a Guam Area Maritime Security Committee (GAMSC) General Membership meeting held at the Port Command Center.
Guam EPA and partners Port Authority of Guam and Landscape Management Systems Guam conducted a demonstration that will determine the viability of processing biosolids into a recyclable usable product.
- The funds will be used for the following initiatives:
- Upgrade of the Port’s CCTV Security Surveillance System
- Upgrade of the Port’s Access Control System
- Repainting of North CMU Wall and Various Buildings
On Saturday January 25, 2020, Port Authority of Guam, Goodwill, and Morale Association partner with Matson’s “Adahi I Tano” project.

“A signing ceremony was held at the Port Authority of Guam on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019 for the first capital improvement project funded by the 2018 Port Revenue Bond proceeds.

In conjunction with the 44th year Port Week Celebration, the Port was proud to host 50 middle school students from the Welcoming All Visitors Enthusiastically (WAVE) Club on Saturday, October 19, 2019. The Port planning staff conducted a presentation on the importance of the Port, accomplishments, and upcoming projects. In addition to the presentation the kids were able to take a tour of Port facilities in and out of the container yard as well as at Hotel Wharf.
